This role is a hybrid position working both from home and from our New York hub, we are therefore open to candidates commutable to New York. Please note in order to be suitable for this role you must be eligible to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities
You report into the HR Advisory team manager in the UK business.
Duties will include:
To build strong relationships with the US business
To be the first point of contact for all US HR Related queries
Support with the resolution of employee queries for US employees
To support the recruitment of new employees including drafting job specs and adverts and arranging interviews
Provide HR transactional support, ensuring the HR System is accurately maintained including time management records
Working with our outsource payroll provider to onboard new employees including issue of employment letters, i 9 checks, and setting individuals up on payroll
Work with our outsource payroll provider to ensure the employee handbook is updated with changes in legislation
Design and implement an Induction programme
To support managers in identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans to address issues
Work with the Employee Engagement team to review comments, queries and questions raised through Peakon. Highlighting any key trends within the US team to the Head of HR
Identify training needs within the business, develop and deliver training solutions, particularly around management capability
Work with the Head of HR and Head of Diversity & Inclusion to support the implementation of the Company’s D&I strategy
Work with the Reward Centre of Excellent to review the compensation and benefits offering and ensure it is fit for purpose across
