The successful candidate will be an HR professional with some experience in monitoring, developing, and implementing training and recognition programs. Additionally, the HR Cultural Specialist will have experience in gathering data, doing analysis of the effectiveness of key indicators, and presenting suggestions for improvement and problem-solving. They will oversee all aspects of employee engagement from recruitment and onboarding through staff development, performance management, and leadership training.
This is a full-time position and reports to the VP of Human Resources. The HR Specialist will travel to various Skilled Nursing Facilities to identify successful programs, make suggestions for improvement or resolve problems. The facility offers an excellent benefits package and salary as well as a travel reimbursement allowance.
