Responsibilities:
Manages simple to moderately complex human resources matters, references employee handbook, interprets company policy and procedures and replies to inquiries, engaging centers of expertise as appropriate
Accurately runs the payroll process in a timely manner
Responsible for HRIS system transactions, new hires, changes, terminations and reports
Partners with hiring managers in order to post job openings, review resumes, phone screen candidates, and schedule interviews
Facilitates onboarding and new hire orientation for all incoming employees
Facilitates offboarding and exit interview process for all outgoing employeesFacilitates the performance management program from goal setting to evaluations
Manages benefits and elections processes and relationships with benefits partners
Ensures compliance with federal/local legislation and maintaining business licenses in several states/counties as needed
Acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers, directing questions and concerns to senior management and Recurve’s PEO partners as needed
Facilitates diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives by participating on established committees, tracking data, and running reports
Consistently embodies Recurve’s company values
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR or related position
Attention to detail
Experience with project management
A track record of being able to learn new systems and software, quickly and easily
Experience with recruiting, hiring and training process for a technology company
Exposure to various leave policies, such as FMLA, parental, and vacation
Experience using and maintaining and HRIS system
Preferred Qualifications
An exemplary communicator with both verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively influence
