COMMUNITY COORDINATOR – Student & Affiliate Team
Job Summary:
Redstone’s
Community Coordinator is an exciting position that has a direct impact on our property operations for our City Center project in South
Burlington. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, the role will assist with developing comprehensive marketing and leasing
strategies to ensure the success of meeting occupancy and retention, while also providing residents with support to help achieve customer
service and community engagement goals.
The position requires an outgoing, resourceful, and enthusiastic professional capable of
supporting student and affiliate residents and collaborating across the entire Redstone team. The role supports critical building operations
that have a direct impact on property performance and resident satisfaction.

Wage Status: Non-exempt

Exemplary customer service skills are critical. Our preferred candidate will be able to adapt to the changing needs of projects, be a team
player, and exhibit self-direction. The candidate should also have the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time, with
frequent interruptions, and be a problem solver with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will
possess a good balance of executing tasks while providing great customer service.
Redstone is looking for a candidate that
consistently exhibits a professional communication style, positive attitude, and ability to smile under all circumstances. Must exhibit
exemplary communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas and goals to a diverse group of personalities in a respectful way and
be a champion of our student housing community. Our preferred candidate will hold a college degree, be able to pivot with the changing needs
of projects, promote team values, and exhibit self-direction. We are a small business, and all team members wear many hats! Strong computer
skills, especially in the Microsoft suite.
