The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of duties and projects across multiple disciplines of human resources, including but not limited to; talent acquisition, employee benefits, training and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. A key focus of this position will be on full cycle recruiting supporting growth in our community care teams and technology teams. This essential team member will report to the Human Resources Business Partner and will work closely with Reema Health’s leadership team and hiring managers. To be successful in this role, you should be able to establish and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires, hiring managers, and employees. You should also thrive on curiosity, collaboration, and creativity with goals to elevate yourself, your work, and the organization.
