You will focus on attracting and onboarding outstanding mental health professionals including licensed mental health therapists, psychologists, social workers, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists and other positions as needed to support our East Coast operations, Most of all, you will be an enthusiastic and creative team player who is able to produce results while also working independently. You should be self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Refresh will provide the resources and collaborative leadership needed to help you achieve success.
Job Duties Include:
Pinpoint high priority hiring needs within assigned region, and assure these roles are filled
Create high quality job postings by position
Monitor job board postings on-line for accuracy and relevance
Support Center-level job boards and social media presence for recruitment (i.e. LinkedIn and Indeed)
Candidates resume screenings, and initial interviews to identify shortlist of most qualified applicants
Report on hiring data, and hiring pipeline
Track open positions by Center
Track office utilization data to identify, and recommend, hiring needs
Ensure that new locations meet their hiring timelines and expectations
Overseeing onboarding processes, report to VP on obstacles, timelines, and trends
Creating job descriptions and suggest comp for openings as needed (work with HR)
Report on clinician retention data and trends
Liasson with Talent Solutions team.
Cold call recruitment, and social media outreach to clinicians and small groups
Monitor and report on progress towards annual regional hiring goal
Be a strong Ambassador for Refresh Mental Health
Report to Regional Vice President
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field, or behavioral health related field, or healthcare operations. Master’s degree preferred
Exceptional people skills, ability to quickly make strong interpersonal connections with colleagues
Growth and goal-oriented
Experiences with hiring and recruitment
Mental health or healthcare operations experience, or leadership
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with data driven decision making
A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently
Strong technology acumen is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multi-task
Marketing, or social media experience is a plus
Clear and concise communication with management team
