Working directly with the benefits and wellbeing team, this role will provide assistance to the HR Benefits Team in the day-to-day administration of all group insurance coverage, Health Spending and/or Savings accounts, leave administration, wellbeing initiatives and other policies, to ensure compliance with Regeneron policy and federal regulations. This is an analyst support role with responsibilities for Benefits, Leave of Absence and Wellbeing. As an HR Benefits Coordinator, a typical day may include: Handle Total Reward cases submitted by the HR Service Center and bring to resolution.Support the leave administrator with day to day responsibilities and escalated casesSubmit monthly census files to vendors.Audit vendor files for payroll processing.Perform comparison and reconciliation analysis to validate data integrityProcess and review monthly billing for all benefit vendorsSupport on and off site wellbeing/ benefit offerings such as flu shot clinics, biometric screening, Annual Enrollment events, ordering of supplies and giveaways, and additional administrative supportAssist with the administration of various employee benefit programs such as: Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA/FSAs, Leave Administration, Wellbeing, Disability, COBRA etc. Assist employees with general benefit and claim questions/resolutions.Identify and track trends regarding employee inquiries.Work with various carriers/providers when needed.Testing of Oracle Advanced Benefits system.This role may be for you if you: Have proven analytic, problem solving, presentation, human relations and effective interpersonal skills.Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and have the ability to work independently.Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications.Have the ability to learn and use vendor business systems/portals.Excel at handling multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university. Two years’ experience or equivalent within benefits administration and/or wellbeing (Additional courses in or seminars related to benefits administration and/or processing preferred). Solid knowledge of Oracle and/or Workday, Microsoft Outlook, HIPPA, ERISA and COBRA as well as various employment laws.
