General Description:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for performing Human Resources (HR) related duties and working closely with senior HR management. The Human Resources Assistant carries out responsibilities in the areas of onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment assistance, employee relations, and training. The HR Assistant will be a liaison between employees and management and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Sitting, standing for extended periods of time, staring at computer monitor for extended period of time, climbing, walking, lifting 20lbs. or more, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, crawling, stooping and crouching. Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions and orientation to the job, motor coordination skills, coordination of eyes and hands. Ability to understand words and respond effectively. Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
