Primary Function: As a District Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple convenience stores, ensuring they operate profitably, maintain high standards of safety and compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and mentoring a strong management team and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Exceed budgeted operating targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing management team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including bookkeeping, merchandising, and maintenance, ensuring all tasks are executed to perfection.
• Customer Focus: Drive promotional activities and ensure a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Operational Expertise: Understanding of retail operations, including bookkeeping, merchandising, and inventory management.
