Reliable Home Care Angels LLC Hiring for Scheduling Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

Reliable Home Care Angels is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care and get the best caregiver support.

The Scheduling coordinator will assign caregivers, monitor and problem solve the agency care schedule on a daily basis.The scheduling coordinator will need excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Working closely with the caregivers and the Care Manager, the Scheduling coordinator will proactively manage the care scheduling and client satisfaction of Care.

The position is 80% remote with 20% on site as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the Home Care Industry
• Previous experience with customer service a plus
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Must use tact and courtesy in dealing with coworkers, clients,family members, caregivers, business professionals and other individuals
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills. Extreme attention to details is essential.

Essential functions

• Proactively manage the ongoing relationships with existing clients and caregivers.
• Communicates information to payroll regarding caregiver attendance, completed hours and schedule.

• Use independent judgement to accomplish problem solving resolutions, increasing support for clients and quality assurance – anticipate the needs of families.
• Assigns work among the caregivers based on skills, performance and overtime requirements.
• Identifies and makes recommendations regarding the safety concerns of caregivers or clients.
• Directs caregivers, following up after new assignments to ensure a good match.
• Determines client billing for deactivations, hospitalizations, hour reductions, and cancelled hours.
• Coordinates with Caregivers and Care Manager to find best caregivers for each client.
• Follows all office communication and documentation protocols to ensure excellent service to existing and potential clients, their families and caregivers.
• Participates in daily and impromptu management meetings to improve care coordination, client satisfaction, employee performance and retention and office operations.
• Assists the other members of care team as needed. Completes special projects as assigned.
• Answers potential client inquiries via phone and web and schedules in-home assessments with Client Care Coordinator, as needed.
• Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
