Summary:
As the HR Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert on human resources data. As a key member of our HR Client Services team, you will build and maintain streamlined process, reporting and insights that improve business effectiveness and employee experience. This role will support ongoing and ad hoc compensation analyses.
Specific Duties:
HR Reporting & Analytics
Develops standard reports for ongoing internal customer needs across all areas of human resources
Maintain and provide regular people analytics by updating dashboards and designing new metrics as requested
Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics
Conduct analyses to assess impact on business metrics and provide strategic recommendations
Synthesize and convey analytical findings through compelling presentations
Compensation Analytics
Provide analytical support in the development, administration, and implementation of compensation and total rewards programs
Determine and make compensation recommendations to management and HR pertaining to hiring, promotions and other wage adjustments
Monitor external market for wage competitiveness. Make recommendations on internal equity
Perform job analysis, job classification (exempt or non-exempt status), market analysis, and maintain grade structure
Analyze and interpret salary survey results and make recommendations on salary scale movement and position leveling
HR Data & Systems
Collaborate with human resources and IT to explore opportunities to streamline and automate, implement process improvements and/or apply fixes that improve business effectiveness and employee experience
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches
Establish and document audit procedures for validating and correcting people data and files
Helps to maintain employee information in HRIS
Relationship Building
Partners effectively with employees of all levels across the company, including business leaders and HR business partners to streamline HR business processes and enhance the employee and manager experience.
Effectively challenges others during decision-making processes and constructively manages through feedback.
Provides best in class customer service and serve as point of contact for compensation questions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects
Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve HR systems and streamline work processes
Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple HR systems including Cornerstone and Paylocity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team while assuming responsibility; ability to prioritize
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or another quantitative field and/or 2 – 5 years experience in compensation, people analytics, and/or human resources
Excellent Excel skills are necessary
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Anticipated base salary range: $65,000- $80,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
