Renewal by Andersen is looking for an Operations Manager to join our leadership team and provide direction to our talented installation team. We are a leader in the window industry and we are looking for the best to join us and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities Include
· Responsible for effective management of daily operations of our warehouse location and our homeowner installations. This includes but is not limited to oversight of our project management positions, the Installation Manager position, our Installers, Technical Measurement, Warranty, Service, and Warehouse operations.
· Develop and implement plans to provide continuous process improvement in key areas. Must have strong analytical skills and be capable of using systems effectively to report on key metrics and performance results.
· Establish and nurture an environment conducive to high levels of morale, employee engagement, satisfaction, and excellent performance
· Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance, coaching, training opportunities, feedback and encouragement to team members promoting the continuous growth and development of our team
· Support compliance of our policies and procedures and provide leadership regarding a wide range of compliance responsibilities.
· Lead the operations team to meet or exceed the monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding cost, productivity, customer service and profits
· Comply with all health, safety and environment regulations to establish and practice a culture of safety at all times by acting as a Safety Champion for the team.
· Analyze operation reports to identify trends and recommend solutions to senior leadership
· Collaborate with all team members to ensure that installation timelines are being met and that the install calendar is scheduled accurately
· Daily communications with the installation team
· Facilitate installation meetings
· Provide excellent customer service to homeowners
· Build and maintain working partnerships with internal customers, e.g., sales, finance, HR, marketing, etc.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, project or construction management – highly preferred
· A minimum of 5 years experience in operations leadership, preferably in construction, carpentry or remodeling industry
· Construction and/or Project Management knowledge preferred
· Leadership experience with proven ability to hire, develop and motivate talent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized
· Computer proficient – Microsoft Office
· Ability to learn and effectively use in-house systems and reporting tools
