Resilience Human Resources is seeking a Business Partner who is eager to be a part of building Resilience. The HR Business Partner will be the go-to source of guidance and support for employees and managers on all people and culture related matters. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to recommend innovative and fit-for-purpose strategies and programs. A true hands-on leader with a bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
