Retirement Benefit Solutions, LLC is a growing Third Party Administrator located in Herndon, Virginia. We administer all types of retirement plan, including 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans, Defined Benefit Plans and Cash Balance Plans. Responsibilities include:
· Loan, hardship and distribution processing
· Preparing, tracking and following up on adjustments
· Processing force outs
· Calculating and processing required minimum distributions
· Data entry
· Asset reconciliation
· Trust accounting
· Importing data
· Annual and quarterly reporting downloads
· Assisting senior consultants
· Uploading documents to secure web portal
· Updating internal database
· Successfully monitor and follow-up on items assigned
· Adding projects to database
· Following up with clients
· Sending blast emails
Skills and abilities:
Organize, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure of deadline and demanding clients
Adjust priorities with changes in the annual business cycle of pension administration
Analytic and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, to think and make decisions quickly
Willing to pursue ASPPA exams
Candidate must be able to work well on a team, be proactive and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency is required with Excel, Word and Outlook.
