We are looking for a talented Principal Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and focus on leadership roles across the
organization. The Principal Recruiter will lead the executive recruiting process for the hiring of
critical Staff VP and some executive roles across the enterprise while ensuring a best in class
experience for hiring leaders, stakeholders and executive level candidates. Acting as trusted
advisors in providing diversified solutions for talent acquisition and succession planning. In this
role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsibilities:
● The Principal Executive Recruiter will be fully responsible for owning and executing executive
level (Director and above) searches; with a strong focus on executive sales talent
● Lead the execution of executive searches, providing outstanding internal customer
partnership, domain talent expertise, and subject matter expertise in the process
● Provide thought partnership to internal customers to shape and match the needs of Olive and
the talent in the market
● Partner with researchers and other recruiting partners to identify, engage, evaluate, and
recruit executive-level candidates
● Manage an end-to-end inclusive executive search, including identifying and assessing
qualified talent, managing customers, engaging with candidates, driving their experience, and
partnering with human resources and other stakeholders
● Olive’s Executive Recruiters are trusted talent advisors to leadership, you will develop search
strategies and lead engagements to position Olive for success today and well into the future.
From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the
entire candidate experience and executive search process.
Requirements:
● 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of success on hiring
senior and executive level talent, with at least 2+ years of executive recruiting
● Well-versed in all aspects of an executive search including creative candidate sourcing,
candidate generation and development, client management, and offer/negotiation
● Outstanding research skills and ability to leverage social media and diverse sourcing tools
and professional networks.
● A strategic, inclusive, and innovative approach to talent acquisition.
● Awareness of technology, data analytics and the disruptive influence on traditional healthcare
business.
● Excel at Project Management
