Riithink Digital Marketing is looking for a skilled Operations Administrator with a high-level understanding of operational management and administrative duties. This candidate should have a passion for problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and must be eager to help our business succeed. Ideally, this candidate is someone who is organized and good at multitasking with the ability to craft and measure solutions to business-related problems.
The Operations Administrator provides all manner of clerical, ing, data entry, and coordination duties, serving multiple people/personalities in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and tasks. Accuracy, organization, flexibility and a willingness to adapt to new methodologies and accept new challenges with a smile and positive attitude are key.
At Riithink, every team member has a “no task is beneath me” attitude. We all pitch in and adapt our skillsets to accommodate the business needs as a whole. The Operations Administrator would lead this charge as a unique support to every individual on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Will engage in day-to-day communication and build strong relationships using inter-personal skills to collaborate across the organization
Will effectively, drive and manage change – able to nimbly adapt and re-prioritize
Will work directly with the Leadership team to maintain focus on common goals and workflow
Manage phone system and assist in client communication
Organize all office aspects (e.g. stocking office, organizing cleaning, collect mail, manage team calendars, accommodate errands, catering, etc.)
Attend meetings (as directed), take notes, communicate follow ups and key communications
Proactive and strategic management of all billing. Familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred
Book travel arrangements
Responsible for processing business expenses
Coordinate internal department communications and events
Coordinate with SVP/BizDev to track and maintain a log of new and existing clientele and projects
Take a proactive approach to industry knowledge
Serve as a brand steward both internally and externally
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in digital marketing or an agency environment.
Knowledge of google suite, quickbooks, skype, and project management systems (we use wrike).
Customer service/relations & conflict management
