Friendly, polite, and helpful phone skills. A pleasant and helpful attitude. Taking in customer vehicles for their repair, maintenance, and service needs. Listening to the customers and understanding their expectations for their vehicle. Taking phone calls, making appointments, and giving estimates for repair work needed. Working closely with the technicians to meet the customer’s expectations in regards to their vehicle needs. Building estimates, looking up parts and labor amounts to build accurate estimates. Honest, reliable, and teachable people are required for this position. You will have to be able to multi-task under pressure at times.

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
