Are you an engaging, analytical, and experienced Human Resources professional? Do you have strong employee relations experience? Does the Riverside mission to care for others as we care for those we love speak to you? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team!
As a Human Resources Business Partner at Riverside, you will perform key responsibilities to include providing guidance on employee relations matters, advising on employee engagement and retention efforts, position management, managing employment information for assigned areas (creating positions, job descriptions, data processing, etc.) and data analytics.
Requirements for this Generalist level role include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of related Human Resources experience. Strong employee relations experience and HR specialty certification preferred. Minimal local travel will be required.

Licenses and Certifications
- Professional in Human Resource (PHR) – Human Resources Certification Institute (Preferred)
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) – Human Resources Certification Institute (Preferred)
