Description Our well-regarded client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. In this position, the HR Generalist will oversee a variety of tasks and assignments related to the daily support of operations in the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. – Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
– Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
– Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
– Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
– Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
– Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
– Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
– Analyze employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
– Produce a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
– Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations Requirements – Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
– Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence and interact at all levels across the organization
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
– Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
– Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
– Accomplished in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
– 1+ years of human resources experience
