An expanding Metal Fabrication company is looking for an ambitious candidate to fill a Human Resources Administrative Assistant position along their growing team. Renowned for its incredible work environment, the company is seeking a highly-skilled and ambitious candidate to join their team. Daily responsibilities will include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks while providing clerical support to the HR department. Requirements – Adeptness in Maintain Calendar
– Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
– Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration
– Confidential Documents experience
– General familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols
– Experience with Handle Confidential Information
– Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
– Microsoft Word experience
– Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
– Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
– Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
– Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
– Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
