Position Summary- Receptionist
The Clinic Office Receptionist, under the supervision of the Clinic Office Coordinator, and the management of the Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for serving patients by greeting them, registering them into the Electronic Health Record, scheduling appointments and maintaining records and patient accounts.

The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment. The position required the ability to work under pressure and with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, insurance companies and other members of the public on a regular basis. The position may cause frequent exposure to communicable disease, bodily fluids, medicinal preparations, cleaning fluids and other conditions common to the healthcare environment.
Annual Requirements;
The Clinic Medical Assistant is responsible for assigned clerical duties and delegated clinical duties including obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, CLIA waved testing necessary for the medical office visit, and documenting findings in patients’ medical records. Communicates effectively with staff, providers, patients and families.
