Provide coordination and facilitation of patient flow through the FRC, managing registration, insurance verification, and various data management responsibilities of the Family Resource Center.
Responsibilities
• Serve as FRC receptionist, greeting all clients, visitors, instructing clients in the completion of registration data forms and clinical outcome measurement. • Maintain appointment schedule for mental health clinicians, make follow-up appointments, confirm intake appointments, and assure efficient patient schedules for clinicians. • Complete initial patient contact data forms and make appropriate appointments and/or referrals when possible. • Track and monitor FRC utilization statistics monthly. • Provide support to the department through the performance of various duties, such as phone coverage, open/sort internal/external mail, file maintenance, office organization, copying, etc. • Maintain a tickler file system for recurring events, reminders, and other items as needed.

Specifically the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients. Perform related duties as assigned.
