Our success has been the direct result of our organizational commitment to customer service and creating RAVING FANS.In this role, you will nurture existing referral partners, as well as use your creativity and persistence to find new ones from a target rich pool of prospects. Your friendly and trustworthy nature will endear insurance agents and their staff. You will partner with them and help them service their clients and grow their business. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build RAVING FANS. Your customers will be loyal to you because our team will deliver on your promises. You will be a part of a team that works hard because we enjoy our work and celebrate our wins by playing hard.Primary Responsibilities: Embody company core values (Humility, Care for Others, Always Learn and Grow, Get It Done and Be Positive and Fun) Be the primary service contact and build long term relationships with insurance offices – including regular visits with current clients and prospects Build Trust and Identity with referral partners by following up on all commitments Clearly communicate your progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives with manager, including utilization of company CRM Continuously update knowledge by actively participating in company funded training, maintaining personal and professional networks, and gathering information from clients Enhance department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for commitments, delivering best in class service and driving revenue growth Build client loyalty by delivering exceptional service daily Exercise creativity and resourcefulness to identify, attract and convert new insurance office partners through networking, referrals, and prospecting Monitor and analyze customer referral data to help build referral partner rosterQualifications: Proven account management / sales or other related experience – including nurturing existing accounts and prospecting new opportunities Basic knowledge of insurance helpful Valid AZ Driver’s License Track record of working with and communicating in professional environment Proven record of being self-managed self-starter in results driven environment Ability to manager multiple projects and a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated effective time management skillsWhat we offer: Ongoing professional and personal development opportunities Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Cell Phone PTO (10-days first year, 15 days after 2-years, 20 days after 5 years) 7 Paid Holidays Annually 401K with competitive company matching after 12-months Fully stocked kitchen with lots of goodies to keep you fueled up and hydrated Life Insurance Health Savings PlanCompensation: Salary – $60K Base Commissions paid based on growth – uncapped Commissions paid for adding new accounts – uncapped Car Allowance – $500/month Company Phone Company Provided Technology Corporate Expense AccountTargeted Compensation Year 1Total Pay $70,000 – $100,000 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
