Up to $ 50.00 per hour including Commissions!

We Require:

• Minimum 5 years Ford parts counter experience.
• Proficiency & speed with all online parts ordering systems including OPS, CollisionLink, CCC, PartsTrader, etc.
• Excellent phone-handling skills
• Performance-driven attitude for high-volume parts sales

• Excellent Phone Skills.
• Excellent Employee Relations Skills.
• Ability to Achieve / Exceed Sales Goals and Customer Satisfaction Standards.
• Time Management Skills.
