We are looking for a Human Resources / Executive Assistant to join our growing team. The position requires efficiency, accuracy, a positive attitude, teamwork, emotional intelligence and discretion in handling confidential matters. The HR/Executive Assistant works closely with the Office Administrator and provides support with transactional HR-related processes, as well as special firm projects and events, organizational and calendaring tasks, and community outreach on behalf of named partners. This is a great opportunity to break into legal management and gain cross-functional experience. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. To be an ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position, you should hold an HR-related degree or certificate and have some experience in our industry, and be curious and proactive. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. Ultimately, you will help ensure the administrative side of our firm is organized and operates smoothly to attract, hire and retain our employees.
