Varity Wholesalers Inc./Roses Discount Stores is looking for a HR Coordinator to join the team. A HR Coordinator works closely with the onboarding process, provides administrative support for the Human Resources Team and maintains accurate up to date human resource files, records, and documentation. The HR Coordinator is responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Qualifications for this position include:
· 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Demonstrated proficiency with applicable software
· I-9 Form experience is a plus
· Proficient with Excel and related software
· Desire to work in a fast paced environment and eager to contribute ideas
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong Priority setting and initiative
· Able to work effectively in a team environment
