Summary of Position:
Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.

Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized. Load, run, and unload dish machine.

Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately and maintaining all safety standards.

Qualifications:

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

Brook Highland Location Culinary Bonus

$1500 Potential

$100.00 Weekly Bonus for any cook who works 30 hrs + $50.00 Weekly Bonus for any cook who works 20-30 hrs $50.00 Weekly Bonus for any dish tech who works 30 hrs + $300.00 Final Bonus for Effective Performance Review The Bonus is an On-boarding Bonus for 12 Weeks.

Once the 12 weeks is complete an active BOH employee with an effective 90-Day Performance Review will receive a final bonus of $300.00.

To receive Bonus, the following criteria must be met.

• Active/Employed the full pay period- Friday thru Thursday
• No Call offs
• No unexcused tardiness
• Employee must be active at the time bonus is paid and considered in Good Standing. This bonus does not guarantee continued employment.
