GotSpeed of West Palm Beach, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk with dealership accounting experience to join our team! This individual will work with titles, stocking inventory, and a variety of general accounting support tasks including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. The chosen candidate will have good professional references from past jobs, demonstrated great work history on their resume, and plenty of automotive title experience.
This position will primarily focus on processing legal paperwork and titles for pre-owned vehicles. Comprehensive knowledge of national DMV requirements and stipulations desired. The ideal candidate must be able to process high volume transactions in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining compliance with our policies and delighting our customers.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Process out-of-state title work for both retail and wholesale transactions.
- Examine titles for accuracy and conformity to specified requirement
- Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies
- Follow-up with different lending institutions on the release of ELT and physical titles.
- Keep metrics of inventory and titles
- Verify Invoices for accuracy
- Assist with month end and year end closings
- Posting inventory
- Work closely with business office, sales department, and appraisal/acquisition teams
- Report to the Controller
- Verify accuracy of completed forms
- Interact with DMV personnel
- Ensure appropriate inspections are requested from third parties
- Maintain knowledge of current DMV laws and interpreting titling regulations across all states.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a title clerk in the automotive or motorcycle industries (auction or dealership)
- Minimum of 1 year in AR/AP/General Dealership Accounting duties
- Advanced to Expert level Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently, with little direction
- Sense of urgency is a must in this position
- Moderate to advanced level of titling expertise desired
- Ability to comprehend an NMVTIS report.
- Great telephone skills
- Concern for the customer
- Team player
- Knowledge of and ability to assign over ownership on titles for all 50 states.
- Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
- Must have strong computer skills, including basic accounting software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Notary certification is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability and willingness to work on site full time at our West Palm Beach location
