We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing Human Capital team at RVO Health. The HR Generalist will manage the entire employee life cycle from on-boarding through separation. As our company continues to grow, it is critical that we hire, onboard, effectively manage and retain exceptional talent and this individual will have ownership of these critical elements.
What You’ll Do
Provide wide-ranging support on both the team-wide and individual level for assigned business teams, primarily consisting of front-line managers and employees
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers and partner with them to ensure employees are receiving coaching and feedback
Collaborate with cross functional teams in the areas of Learning & Development, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll to carry out RV-wide people strategies and programs
Handle and resolve employee relations situations including exploration of issues, leveraging RV policy and practice to determine outcomes, and partnering with employees and management to deliver appropriate solutions
Build strong relationships with your business teams and be a trusted advisor for managers
Implement and maintain the integrity of HR policies and practices through continuous interaction with employees and teams
Work with business teams to effectively manage annual and mid-year performance review cycles and talent calibrations
Participate in projects at the HR-wide and business team level
Ensure accuracy of employee data in HRIS for assigned departments
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of work experience in Human Resources.
2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role directly supporting employees in exempt level roles.
Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including performance management, employee relations, development, and learning and development.
Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly.
Knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws
Strong team player and ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
Starting Salary: $60,000 – $90,000
