Summary

This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs. The position will partner with Ops team to help support location/account specific projects, tasks, etc.

Essential Functions

• Works closely with HRBP on executing/implementing HR strategy for the location.
• Responsible for providing HR support to location leadership on day-to-day issues and larger initiatives.
• Works as the intermediary with HRES/ER and location management on recommendations/guidance regarding HR matters.
• Responsible for providing guidance and support to the location for all activities related to hiring, termination and other employee data and job changes.
• Ensures adherence to HR policies and procedures and other compliance requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of value-added functions for multi-functional teams.
• May study and provide information on matters pertaining to contract negotiation, grievance cases, federal and state labor legislation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or Labor Relations
• Three (3) years or more Experience at a Generalist level required
• Needs to have knowledge of Human Resources laws intermediate required
• Must have familiarization with Labor Relations activities intermediate required
• Must be proficient in the following: hiring and disciplinary process, investigations intermediate required
• Must be proficient with computer skills to include MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) advanced required
