We’re looking for a Service Advisor who will be responsible for providing outstanding service and quality repairs to our customers. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience working with auto mechanics and enjoys troubleshooting vehicles. A successful candidate will have the ability to listen to our customers and quickly determine what the root cause of their car problem is and then repair their vehicle effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Answer questions about service options.
• Answer technical questions about the service being provided.
• Provide information about the costs and benefits of making repairs now or in the future.
• Help customers understand how long a repair may take and its impact on other vehicle systems.
• Call on manufacturer representatives for technical advice or assistance.
• Help customers get warranty repairs or replacement parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
