Job Title: Human Rescourses Generalist
Location: Lynnwood, WA
SUMMARY:
Manages and oversees the Washington Human Resources department. Will lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning. Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree, prefer three years specialized training emphasizing Human Resources, 3 years overall HR experience. Experience with Word and Excel.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
