The Human Resources Operations Manager is responsible for connecting our inclusive people processes with this vision of success. The HROM must have a solid and instinctive understanding of human resources and organizational effectiveness. The HROM is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions and activities of the human resources team to include to: sourcing, recruiting and hiring, talent management and development, inclusion, succession planning, engagement and retention, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits.
The HROM will provide support, coaching and mentorship to the HR team regarding human resources operations, projects and strategic direction. They are a consultative business partner and member of the HR team, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources.
