The Vice President, Corporate Compliance will serve as the lead resource for practice management entities on compliance and business ethics issues. The VP will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining practice management healthcare compliance programs, policies, and procedures that promote a culture that fosters ethical and compliant behavior and provide the basis for ensuring adequate internal controls and compliance with all the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the practice management entities. The VP is responsible for the development, dissemination, and implementation of policies, standards, and related administrative policies in areas that may include, but are not limited to, Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, fraud and abuse laws, state and federal false claim acts, unauthorized use of assets, improper or inadequate documentation, billing and coding and adherence to regulatory compliance and all applicable laws and regulations related to healthcare.

Education
B.S. required, advanced degree preferred. Certification in Healthcare Compliance through the
HCCA or Health Ethics Trust is strongly preferred. The preferred candidate will have at least.
2-5 years of experience as a healthcare compliance director or higher.
Clinical experience in compliance is strongly desired, preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory.
