Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring a Provider Recruiter to join the Professional Recruitment Department!
Description:
This is a full-time position. The selected candidate for this position will be responsible for physician and advanced practitioner recruitment and retention within the Sampson Regional system. The Recruiter works independently but with the guidance of appropriate personnel and leadership to:

• Organize and execute all aspects of provider recruitment
• Define a recruitment strategy based on each specific opportunity
• Develop recruitment solutions to address unique talent needs and enhance pipeline development
• Assess the immediate and long-term needs for providers and hospital services
• Develop retention plans that pro-actively respond to new provider satisfaction, acclimation to the facility, and assimilation of the provider and his/her family in the community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or an equivalent / related field
• Prefer one (1) year of job related experience. On-the-job training necessary to become familiar with hospital services, departments, recruitment strategies and processes, etc.
