The General Manager reports to: Regional Manager
Has responsibility for the entire center, by performing the following duties, either personally or by delegating through subordinates:
Management:
· Recruits, hires, trains, evaluates, and terminates all functional managers.
· Exemplifies the core value philosophy to all subordinates
· Builds a culture centered around the core values throughout the facility
· Maintains an open-door policy.
· Lead weekly Ops L10 meeting
· Addresses and resolves all guest issues
· Works with Sales team & PEC to ensure parties/events run smoothly
· Works with Tech team to ensure all games & attractions are operational
· Works with F & B team to ensure quality product is being given and service expectations are being met.
· Works with Regional Manager to achieve year over year growth and profitability
· Holds Management accountable for providing great guest service & upholding core values
· Adheres to Scene75 scheduling protocol.
· Ensures all Jolt checklists are being done on time and done correctly by all team members
· Ensures payroll is submitted bi-weekly
· Maintains team member personnel files, forms, and records and submits to HR as necessary
· Establishes sites goals and develops efforts to ensure that goals are met or exceeded.
· Coordinates facility & building maintenance.
Financial:
· Works closely with accounting team to ensure reports are done timely.
· Generates and updates scorecard.
· Takes responsibility for all daily cash deposits and ensures that deposits are made in a timely manner.
· Ensure all cash room protocol is done per Scene standards
· Submits all required payroll records.
· Meets or exceeds financial goals set by team
· Ensuring inventory is done by all departments
· Creates loss prevention measures
· Develops new ways to increase revenue and average spend per guest
· Manages cost for all aspects in facility including labor & goods sold, inventory items
· Ensures all corporate strategies are being followed and executed
Safety:
· Ensures that all Team Members comply with health and safety rules and regulations.
· Implements and documents required safety programs.
Sales:
Must be able to demonstrate a history of sales improvement and cost containment.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree and FEC operations and management experience preferred. Minimum of 4 years of management experience in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office Professional, and willingness to learn new software platforms such as out POS system, party booking software and scheduling.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
