Within the Scooters Coffee brand sits Harvest Roasting, which includes our warehouse, bakery, and roastery. LOCATION
This position may be performed with flexible working arrangements, including a mix of work from home and in office work. Scooters Coffee is headquartered in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate must currently reside in Omaha, NE. Relocation is not available for this role.
DESCRIPTION
The Talent Development Partner, Supply Chain will be responsible for development and execution of Supply Chain learning solutions and curriculum. The Harvest Roasting Supply Chain encompasses multiple departments including transportation, manufacturing and distribution, as well as regional distribution centers. This role will lead and deliver learning solutions and will partner with the business teams to diagnose performance gaps, identify, develop and lead targeted learning solutions to support our strategic initiatives and achieve business outcomes. The Talent Development Partner, Supply Chain will support vertical integration strategies that allow streamlined operations and ownership within the training and development space.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage emerging needs and initiatives, intake, resourcing, and communication, guided by supply chain strategy and priorities
Support the learning experience through facilitation of live, recorded and virtual learning experiences
Build organizational trust quickly through customer centered consultation, partnering with business to diagnose and identify true root cause of learning needs and gaps to performance
Recommend, design, and develop creative learning solutions to support the development of supply chain at all levels
Support supply chain with virtual and in-person sessions, assess and coach to adoption of established learning curriculum, tools, resources, and standard processes
Provide actionable recommendations, improvement plans and support to improve supply chain learning experience, quality, capability, and execution
Develop and maintain metrics that can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of learning tools and programs
Partner with Talent Development and HR Business Partners to deliver learning solutions and learning technologies that support Supply Chain teams
Rationalize, manage, and maintain key learning assets and content to be deployed to Supply Chain audience, ensuring a strong learning experience
Work with internal and external partners to source additional resources or to develop alternative solutions
Develop and deliver train-the-trainer workshops to support trainers and SMEs
Establish collaborative relationships with leaders, through influence and strong communication to ensure awareness, engagement, execution, program support
Develop and deploy programs to collect feedback on training to analyze, improve and sustain effectiveness
Research industry best practices and provide thought leadership on innovative and scalable learning approaches
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in communication, leadership, adult learning or related field required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
3 – 5 years of experience creating and facilitating amazing learning experiences that enable business results
Demonstrated ability to develop solutions that support a diverse workforce
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Motivated self-starter. Dynamic, outgoing, warm and welcoming, with high emotional intelligence
Strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively implement talent development strategies to support business goals
Strong communication, coaching, counseling, and teaching skills, with the ability to collaborate and develop partnerships with leaders, employees, and other stakeholders
Ability to create course curriculum and design courses, to include all instructors guides, training aids, handouts, hands-on activities and assessments
Ability to incorporate Adult Learning Principals into learning sessions and environment
Ability to effectively communicate to diverse groups and individuals through strong written, speaking and listening skills
Experience with various types of computer systems, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
