Job Summary: The Project Manager, Talent Acquisitions is responsible for providing operations leadership for the Transformco Sears Home Services – Centralized Talent Acquisition (CTA) team in the successful execution of projects and processes to improve and maintain operational excellence for the enterprise. Is accountable for providing correct recruitment related metrics and related data for all levels of leadership for all Home Services businesses supported by CTA, provide logistics support for all Hiring Events and manage the CTA vendor relationships.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Partners with the HR reporting team to determine additional or changes to existing reporting needed. Takes reporting and analyzes to determine key insights and disseminates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting metrics at all levels of leadership covering all of the various Homes Services businesses
Develops and utilizes analytical methods to understand, evaluate, monitor and or/predict complex operational processes and makes improvement recommendations for Senior Leadership
Completes analysis of CTA recruitment operations to identify business needs, recommends and implements solutions and integrating tools and processes
Manages large cross-functional projects through completion, including gathering requirements, creating business requirements documentation, analytics/reporting, the establishment of project plans, project staffing, and cross functional resource planning, financial impact analysis, risk mitigation, and implementation
Performs audits of all recruitment tools used by the recruitment team by pulling usage information from the tools by the recruiters, on a weekly and monthly basis and providing that information to CTA leadership so any tools not being fully utilized by recruiters can be addressed
Reviews and updates the recruiter scorecard to ensure the talent acquisition team is performing at maximum efficiency, and making enhancements down to the recruiter/zip code level of detail
Acts as the main point of contact for CTA specific vendor relationships such as Indeed and Career Builder and assists with negotiating contract terms, works with procurement and finance for approval and handles invoice approval and payments
Analyzes all channels candidates utilize in order to apply and be hired in order to determine what the return on investment (ROI) is of the various recruiting channels and activities
Leads the execution of all CTA Hiring Events, including location selection, hotel contract negotiations, CTA and field related communications, and measures the ROI on events once completed by reviewing cost and hires from each event
Creates recruiting workflows to develop a thorough understanding of all data sources available to ensure the integrity of data used for reporting/analysis
Creates and maintains business processes, procedures and supporting documentation, so that training materials are available for new employees to the department and to ensure that all of the processes related to systems and tools utilization are up-to-date
Analyzes attrition data to identify trends that are occurring and makes recommendations on actions that can be taken to address opportunities Education Experience: Bachelor’s Level Degree
