Position Summary

Salary range for this position is: $$66,441/yr. – $91,752/yr. (depending on experience)

Seattle Colleges District is seeking an experienced higher education operations professional with strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to maintain Seattle Colleges’ academic program and curriculum related inventories and documentation, ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures, and support district technology initiatives related to academic programs and curriculum. This position serves as the system administrator for Seattle College’s educational planning tools, both internal and public facing, coordinates districtwide course and academic program approval and revision processes, and serves as the primary point of contact between Seattle Colleges and the WA State Board of Community and Technical Colleges in all matters related to academic program and curriculum requests.
This position is a full-time, represented, professional exempt position within Information Technology and reports to the Academic Programs Technology Systems Manager.
It is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-SPS.
