Position Summary

Salary range for this position is: $82,348/yr. – $113,719/yr.(depending on experience)

¿¿Under the supervision of the Dean of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (AHSS), the Associate Dean of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (AHSS) will work collaboratively with the Dean to provide leadership and support for innovation and excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and student success at Seattle Central Community College. This role will respond adaptively and with flexibility to ensure operational effectiveness within the AHSS division in order to improve faculty and staff capacity across a broad range of division activities and programs, including Transfer and Workforce programs. The Associate Dean will serve as the acting Unit Administrator in the absence of the Dean.¿
