Position Overview:

Have you created/built/contributed to the success of a startup organization or new program? If these questions resonate with you, we invite you to consider joining our team, an equity-focused open-access college dedicated to helping all students achieve their academic and professional goals.
As the Director of Major Gifts, you will be a key member of a team focused on growing the level of financial support and other resources available to students, faculty and staff. In this role, you will work directly with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement, the Seattle Colleges Foundation’s Board of Directors, Seattle Colleges leadership and business and community leaders.

The salary range for this position is $111,995.00 – $154,659.00 per year (depending on experience).
