Securitas is currently seeking an HR Assistant for our Northern Co and Southern Wyoming operation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into the Human Resource field.

Ideal candidates will have relative experience to perform the following duties:
Answer and direct incoming calls
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and create and maintain employee files
Maintain compliance records for licensing and company programs
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
