The Regional Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of Senior Living Management and Savannah Grand of Sarasota.
Accurate and timely reporting: Weekly Marketing Reports, occupancy reports, end of month
community performance report, and any other reports as directed.
Work with on-site team to ensure all events as outlined in the Sales and Marketing Plan are marketed
and executed to ensure optimal outcomes and results.
Participate in required sales meetings, trainings, and conference calls.
Maintain the CRM Software (Customer Relationship Management system)
Manage changing needs of community occupancy with community leadership.
Assists with training and development of on-site sales teams
Communicates areas of opportunity for growth or development to leadership.
Complete all other reasonable tasks as assigned.
Implement sales and marketing initiatives as assigned by Corporate Sales and Marketing Director as needed.
Special skills, licenses/certification, training and experience requirements:
College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Advanced computer knowledge required. Ability to utilize a calculator, copier, telephone and
personal vehicle.
Desire to work with seniors and positively affect their lifestyle.
Proven track record on meeting or exceeding goals
Self-motivated individual with good oral and creative writing, communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to multitask and simultaneously support multiple communities.
Valid Driver’s license.
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening.
Ability to be on his/her feet for prolonged periods.
Job Requirements:
Be physically able to escort people through the community and grounds. Able to assist prospective residents utilizing a wheelchair or walker.
Understand and assist with emergency procedures (including resident evacuation) as needed.
Understand legislation, laws, restrictions and state appropriate regulations for admission and retention of residents. Have the ability to communicate this to professionals and prospective residents/families.
Understand and execute oral and written instructions with new residents/families and other employees.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to work within approved budget.
Attend staff meetings, trainings, and in-services as assigned and contribute to the team goals.
Punctual attendance and proper professional attire required.
Operate within all policies and procedures.
Maintain resident confidentiality.
Align marketing efforts with corporate vision, goals and mission.
Ability to support assigned communities during severe weather conditions and other emergency situations.
Ability to travel to communities, company meetings and conferences as required. Travel up to 100%

Work closely with assigned teams to achieve and/or exceed occupancy goals.
Build strategic working relationships, fosters effective communication and teamwork.
Make pricing and promotional recommendations for the creation and implementation of
successful marketing strategies.
Review schedule of planned events to ensure they are marketed and executed to ensure optimal
results.
Provide remote support and guidance with internal sales tactics at assigned
community.
