This position is Full TIme, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
Speak with employees regarding a wide aray of subjects, assist in solving any issues.
The right candidate must be extreamly detail orientated and able to consistantly follow up.
Must adhere to the strictest level of confidentiality at all times.
Be computer literate and able to learn new programs quickly.
Have experiance working in a fast paced atmosphere.
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation
Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
Coordinate and complete orientation and training sessions for new employees
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Consistantly request ans obtain employee credentials on an ongoing basis
Ensure all employee files are 100% compliant at all times
Work closely with other departments to make the hiring and training process go smoothly
Work with and train employees on ADP Workforce Now
Complete Employment Verifications, Unemployment Requests, Workers Compensation Cases, FMLA, Medical Leave
Must have reliable transportation. Training for up to 8 weeks will take palce in our main administrative office in Bordentown, NJ. Attendance at montly meeting will be required.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred) or minimum of two year experiance as HR Coordinator
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
Candidate must have strong communication skills
Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people’s problems
Candidate must be familiar with database systems and common HR applications
Ability to communicate effectively
Hospice Experiance preferred but not required
