Requires combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; two (2) years of related experience in operations management, network engineering, systems development, enterprise systems management, budgeting, automation, and administration, including one (1) year of supervisory experience with preferred experience in SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow software and other project management software.

Hold or obtain certifications preferred by the Department such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation certification (ITIL), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA Security +, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Project Management Professional certification (PMP), or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Preferred experience with enterprise system management tool tools, project management software, SharePoint, Teams, and ServiceNow software. Local government, including schools, experience is highly preferred.
