Job Summary
Provide effective human resources support. Communicate and maintain consistent application of established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Focus on employee relations investigations and conflict resolution, coaching management on legal compliance. Develop and maintain HR procedures, metrics, efficient new hire on-boarding and integration. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all documentation and administration of employee data changes within the HRIS.
