Overview/ Job Responsibilities:
The Logistics Specialist will support the Navy’s Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Public Safety Systems (PSS) Program. This candidate will participate in the transition of all services, products, and materials provided from the design phase to implementation.
- This position develops and implements logistics program activities including oversight of technical and logistics documentation, provisioning, material fielding plans, supply support, configuration control, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a current Final Secret clearance
- Minimum two (2) years experience utilizing BMC Remedy version 7.6 or later, SharePoint 2010 or later, SQL 2008 or later in the development of enterprise systems, including the development of custom user interfaces and data integration;
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
Desired Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Logistics Management, Computer Information Systems, or related configuration, engineering, or computer science field from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years’ experience utilizing BMC Remedy version 7.6 or later, SharePoint 2010 or later, SQL 2008 or later in the development of enterprise systems, including the development of custom user interfaces and data integration;
- Two (2) years experience managing the cybersecurity requirements in support of the accreditation including BMC Remedy version 7.6 or later, SharePoint 2010 or later, SQL 2008 or later
- Five (5) years’ experience in a DoN IA/Cybersecurity position leading a DoN Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation process, including working with the Security Control Assessor (SCA) and Navy Authorizing Official (NAO) to promote ATO packages through accreditation and subsequent Memos for Record (MFRs) through approval.
- Experience leading the Cybersecurity efforts on an accredited DoN system hosted in the AWS Government Cloud Environment.
- Two (2) years experience managing cybersecurity requirements to lead the accreditation effort through CNIC RMF process.
