SHEIN is hiring the Director, Route Planning based in Seattle for network planning team. The Network Planning team is a group of leaders driving optimization of fulfillment network and inventory continuously to improve lead-time and reduce costs. This role requires working with cross-functional business teams across the company to jointly define requirements, develop Fulfillment Center and transportation network topology and capacity solutions, and manage the timelines for all current and future field operations teams to support project launches. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks/opportunities, and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive interaction skills are essential.
To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable in working with multiple business and technical teams.
