As the HR Assistant, you could assist on the full range of HR functions including coordinating onboarding and offboarding, responding to employment verification requests, maintaining the HRIS record and benefits enrollment data, fielding questions from fellow Bulfinches and candidates regarding employment policies and benefits, performing audits, participating in recruiting activities such as posting open positions, scheduling interviews and generating offer letters.
You can also expect to collaborate with the rest of the HR team to coordinate the summer intern program, support the open enrollment process, assist with special projects, research process improvements, and develop innovative ways to engage the firm.
In this role, you can expect to be engaged with talented colleagues at all levels across the firm and to be a member of a close knit and supportive HR team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline preferred
Administrative experience preferred
Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel required
Working knowledge of PowerPoint preferred
