We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team! The individual in this position oversees employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence, talent acquisition, and key HR initiatives. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to assigned regions within multi-family residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate to identify areas of need and develops/implements appropriate solutions.

Required Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
SHRM or PHR/SPHR certification or ability to obtain certification within twelve months is required.
7 years of progressive HR experience is required, ideally in a leadership capacity with prior business partner experience.
Demonstrated understanding of all related employment laws and compliance requirements.
Successful experience in partnering with internal business partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and issues and to prioritize appropriately.
Proven track record leading and mentoring employees in talent acquisition, payroll, and employee relations.
Ability to meet deadlines in a very fast paced environment.
Must have strong organizational & communication skills.
Professional presence and effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to keep confidential information.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has one to three direct reports and serves as a mentor to other team members not directly supervising.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Exposed to ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment found in a typical office environment; quiet to moderate noise level.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; talk and hear.
Specific vision abilities required by the job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
